PVC Ceiling Installation

Fix the wooden structures onto the ceiling as below to build the frame before installation the pvc panel (Recommended space between each horizontal wooden battens around 50cm(Aluminum keel also ok )

1.Measure the size of the installation space;

2.3Cut suitable size for U clips /top clips ,install on by screws .

4.5.6.Cut the first pvc ceiling panel's siding soft tongue, make it close and insert to the clip,with screws on pvc ceiling panel and wood keel with 50cm distance .

7.8.9 same steps to put on screws and insert the pvc ceiling panel .

10.11.12. Make the hole on pvc ceiling panel as need to install the light .

PE film package is the most common way of packing , If you want CARTON PACKING,
please inform us before you confirm order 

Due to the particularity of the product, the length is generally longer, the price is lower than other decoration material , and the PVC products cannot touch too sharp items, so our regular orders only accept orders for full containers, which is not convenient for LCL transportation.

You can try with 1x20 ft container for first order , and if order order qty allowed take 40 ft container is better choice .Because 40ft container can loading more products , so to unit price , it's save shipping cost.

4.What's the Payment term and how long time you can finish the order ?
Our payment term : 30% as prepayment to start the order , left 70% before loading 
And with 14-25 days production time after the order confirm and pre-payment done .

5.Color style and panel styles ?
We have cover all the panel styles from market, and also we can make the new mould to follow customer's request .
