Fix the wooden structures onto the ceiling as below to build the frame before installation the pvc panel (Recommended space between each horizontal wooden battens around 50cm(Aluminum keel also ok )

1.Measure the size of the installation space;

2.3Cut suitable size for U clips /top clips ,install on by screws .

4.5.6.Cut the first pvc ceiling panel's siding soft tongue, make it close and insert to the clip,with screws on pvc ceiling panel and wood keel with 50cm distance .

7.8.9 same steps to put on screws and insert the pvc ceiling panel .

10.11.12. Make the hole on pvc ceiling panel as need to install the light .

Due to the particularity of the product, the length is generally longer, the price is lower than other decoration material , and the PVC products cannot touch too sharp items, so our regular orders only accept orders for full containers, which is not convenient for LCL transportation.

You can try with 1x20 ft container for first order , and if order order qty allowed take 40 ft container is better choice .Because 40ft container can loading more products , so to unit price , it's save shipping cost.

1.What's your products ?
Our products have it's Generic name "pvc panel   "It's use for ceiling and wall  decoration instead of traditional wood /wall paper decoration/color paint material . They are made of PVC and Calcuim carbonate. They are specially make by hard PVC extrusion methods and active additives to improve the key properties of the product, such as impact resistance and durability,flexibility and environmental resistance.

2.Why this products so popular with different kinds of market ?
It is the material, as an alternative material to wood &Ceramic tile&wall paper&color painted , with low cost and long service time, effectively reducing the deforestation of forests and protecting our environment. 3.How can I take an order ?
We encourage trial orders for new customer and new market .Customer can start with 1x20 GP small container with around 3000m2 and you take take 1000 sqaure meters per color styles mix the order .But ordinary order , we advice to take 40 ft container with more loading qty to save the shipping cost .

4.What's the Payment term and how long time you can finish the order ?
Our payment term : 30% as pre-payment to start the order , left 70% before loading 
And with 14-20 days production time after the order confirm and pre-payment done .

We have cover all the panel styles from market, and also we can make the new mould to follow customer's request .
